Who We Are

APT Mission

To build a bond of confidence and trust with each of our clients and to reinforce that trust by not only providing a top quality service, but also by providing solutions to unforeseen situations and by going the extra mile whenever needed.

The APT Team

Consists of 3 dedicated members; Sydney, Herbert and Denver, all contributing to almost 40 years of combined experience in the swimming pool industry. They have developed a dynamic whereby they can operate collectively as a team when needed for the bigger jobs or, to work independently during the height of the summer season to maximize productivity and get all the jobs done. Each member of the APT team uses a comprehensive workplace app so they can see at a glance where the others are working and also to recall previous work history to review important information if/ when needed.
Syd
With over 20 years in the industry, spanning both Australia and New Zealand and covering all aspects of pool maintenance and construction, Sydney brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the APT team. He is the senior member in the team and although he focuses on construction, installation and renovation, you'll still see him cleaning pools from time to time. "Cleaning pools is where I started in this industry, it was crucial back then and still to this day because everyone loves to see a sparkling clean pool".
Herb
With over 15 years in the industry, predominantly in valet and more recently in installation and renovation, Herbert also brings a finely-tuned skill set to the team. The cross-reference of knowledge and experience between Herb and Syd provide an added depth of options to problem solve should the situation arise. Herb has been in the company for 3 years and has proven to be of great value and worth to company and client alike.
Denver
The newest member to the team, Denver brings the open-mindedness and energy of youth and also brings a responsibility and work ethic not normally found in someone his age. He is still in training but with his willing attitude and having teachers like Syd and Herb, he will be up to speed in no time.

APT Coverage Area

• We provide service and support throughout the greater Auckland region for residential, school pools and retirement homes. • Keeping within a 30km radius from the CBD is preferred; however, traveling further afield will be considered on a job-to-job basis and will need to be priced accordingly.
