Equipment Service
1. Pool Equipment : Pool pumps and filtration equipment work hard on a daily basis to keep your pool operating and circulating. They generally operate in the background but when the pump starts to become noticeably noisy or there's a wet patch developing around the pump shed, these are some of the clear indications that a service call-out is due.
The purpose of a service call-out is to determine where the issue/s are, whether they can be sorted on the spot, whether the equipment needs uplifting for reconditioning or whether replacement is the only option. Each scenario is discussed with the client in order to reach the best possible outcome. Please note that we are servicemen not salesmen so rest assured, there will be no pushy sales talk.
2. Leak Detection : Finding a leak/s in a pool requires a strategic process of elimination, starting with the most obvious places and continuing the investigation from there until the leak is found. Clear and conclusive evidence of a leak is needed before a repair can be initiated; under-water glues and epoxy resins are excellent options for this. If a dive is required, Auckland Pool Tech (APT) are able to do short-burst, free dives. For longer investigative dives the use of oxygen tanks may be necessary, this being a specialized skill and therefore outsourced.
3. Nominated Service Agents : Auckland Pool Tech (APT) are proud to be a nominated service agent for 2 of the most prominent pool equipment suppliers in Auckland; Aquaclear Products and 43 South. Both are NZ owned companies and both offer an excellent selection of the latest equipment the industry has to offer. We also source equipment from other reputable suppliers depending on stock availability and budget, putting APT in a commanding position to source the appropriate equipment at the best price.
To discuss an issue or concern with your pool or to book a service call-out please use either of the links below to contact us so we can get the remedial process underway ASAP.
